न कुनै उदेश्य न त कुनै विचारहरू अर्थ दिन्छन्,         जब मन आफ्नो वशमा  हुँदैन। हरेक छाप आफूले छोडी गएका पाइला नभई, आफैलाई फसाउने जाल बन्न थाल्छन जब आफ्नो मन आफ्नै वशमा हुँदैन।   गहिरिएर गरेका काम पनि व्यर्थका हुन्छन्, एउटै रुखका हजारौँ हाँगा पनि एक्ला हुन्छन्, जब आफ्नो मन आफ्नो वशमा हुँदैन। न कसैसँग बितेका पाल रमाइला लाग्छन्, न कसैसँग जोडिने कुनै इच्छा जाग्छन्, जब आफ्नो मन आफ्नै वशमा हुँदैन। हरपल डोरीले टाँगिएको आभास हुन्छ, हरदम सिक्रीले बाँधिएको महसुस हुन्छ, जब आफ्नो मन आफ्नै वशमा हुँदैन। दिशाले नी आफ्नो मर्म छोड्छ वाक्यले नी आफ्नो सामर्थ्य भुल्छ भावनाले नी आफ्नो कर्म पन्छाउछ  तब  जब आफ्नो मन आफ्नै बसमा हुँदैन जे गरेपनि सन्तुष्टि भन्दा, दिक्क लाग्छ, हरेक कामको आशय बर्था लाग्छ, जब आफ्नो मन आफ्नै वशमा हुँदैन। शब्द यसरी पोखिदै जाँदा अनकनाउँछु पनि हृदय यसरी खोलिदै जाँदा हाडबडाउँछु पनि किन? किन कि जिवनले पनि आफ्नो धर्म छोड्छ जब मन आफ्नो वशमा हुँदैन। -- बिराज /aka Bihs.
